NFL Land Store

Residential Land ::::

Looking for that perfect place to hang your hat? Build your home with us on one of our private NFL Islands ! We offer a variety of land sizes to accommodate your needs. Invest in a plot of land to call your home and get full rights to use that land, and even resell it.

Most of our islands allow commercial builds too (above 280m height to keep residential areas low lag); giving you the flexibility to set up a home, a business, or both! Customer service can be found at the local tier shop on our islands, situated in the north east of the map.

Land Prices ::::

Land prices may vary from parcel to parcel, but typically on average:

1024 sq m. – Between L$1,999 and L$4,999
2048 sq m. – Between L$3,999 and L$8,999
4096 sq m. – Between L$6,999 and L$16,999

Commercial Land ::::

Most NFL Islands cater for commercial builds above 280 meters high and night clubs above 512m high. This is to reduce lag in the lower residential areas. The exception to this rule is our newest project, Liberty City !

Liberty City is Second Life's first democratic city and offers you real city life within second life. It's double prim land to give you twice the prims for your commercial venture. Liberty City features streets and roads, a lively community with a Police Department and a City Council that holds Mayor Elections every 3 months! Perfect for shops, malls, clubs and residential living “city style”, Liberty City provides a whole new dimension to Second Life living!

Liberty City Land Prices ::::

Please note that land prices can fluctuate depending upon demand, but typically on average:

1024 sq m. (468 prim) – Between L$1,999 and L$4,999
1408 sq m. (644 prim) – Between L$3,999 and L$6,999

Land Tiers Guide ::::

Please note that land tiers vary from island to island, depending upon features:

1024 sq m. – L$487 per week
2048 sq m. –L$975 per week
4096 sq m. –L$1950 per week

Payment Information ::::

Each region of NFL Island has its own tier shop. This tier shop is usually located in the north east of each island. At the tier shop you will find a payment box number connected to the parcel of land that you own. To find out which number to pay into, we provide a map of the island complete with parcel numbers. The tier boxes might have different names, but remember that the only person who owns the tier box is the person or group that owns the land connected to it.

Land tiers are paid through the tier boxes in the tier shop. If you don't know which number your parcel of land is, or can't find the tier office, just go to Search and search for “region name” and “tier shop”. So for example, if you just bought land on Cypris Island , you would search for: Cypris Island Tier Shop. Liberty City Payments ::::

There is no tier shop in Liberty City . Instead a tier box will be placed on the land you own for you to pay into. After your first payment, the tier box will turn transparent, and the only way to see it is to view > highlight invisible objects – or press CTRL+ALT+T. Even though the tier box is transparent, you may still pay into it normally.

Missing Tier payments ::::

If you miss a tier payment you will receive a reminder from an NFL representative, asking for you to pay into the tier box. If you miss the payment again, then after 24 hours your land will be reclaimed and resold. But don't worry if this happens, because NFL offers you 3 months after eviction to get your land back.
