Welcome to Liberty City, 100% prim bonus "Double Prims" -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GUIDELINES: 1* No discrimination and offensive pictures. 2* Buildings have to be approved by City Council. * Please build your building in "city style" so city themed. 3* No horrassment of neighbers or visiting residents in the region. 4* No floating prims under 700 meter. "Skyboxes must be 700 meter or higher" 5* You must build your building up to your property lines. so you can't have a garden, buildings need to be build up to your property lines. Use up all your land. WHAT'S ALLOWED: Clubs, Shops, Malls, Hotels, Apartments etc. Liberty Central is a Commercial Region but residential housing is allowed. NOTE: only 1 club per region is allowed. If you make sure you don't break the "Guidelines", anything is allowed and can be done! WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED: Check "Guidelines" PRIM BONUS: Liberty Central N offers a 100.% prim bonus, (2.0) Example: Normally you buy a 1024 sq meter, the normal prims are 234 prims. but here you will get twice as many so 468 prims on a 1024 sq meter parcel So before you buy a 1024, think about how many prims you need because in this case a 512 will do! LAND, TIER PRICING & PAYMENT: We do not buy back land. We offer one of our resellers to help you with the resell of the land, and free advertisement for it at City Hall. You can have your land devided into smaller parcels but can not sell them as smaller parcels. So a 1024 sq meter parcel can only be sold as a 1024. "example" You buy a 1024, and want it split into 4 x 256 sq meter. Then you can not sell them as 4 x 256 sq meter parcels. When you recell please contact your local police station or city council. "found in groups, "Liberty City Council group, or LCPD" Tier price will drop when city expands! for more info contact your city council! * A tier box will be placed infront of your shop, after payment this box will go transparent and vanish, It will re-appear at 3 days left at the tier box. After your land purchase you will be approached by the District Manager, and will setup the tier box. After paying the tier box, it will go transparent and a Black ball will appear, so you can locate your tier box in the future, * When you bought land and you buy more land we can not join this land as each parcel will have it's own tier box and can not be joined into one. If it's really necesary for you to join parcels and tier boxes, you can go to the city council and request that. * If you miss a tier payment you will be notified and receive a 24 hour warning before your land will be reclaimed. When we reclaimed your land you have 1 month to get a new parcel for a small fine of 250 linden per 512 sq meter. The tier box will be visible again when that happens u will enter the last 24 hours warning stage. * Tier price is calculated by price per prim. not by sq meter. Because you will get more prims per sq meter you will pay for the prims you aquire. Each prim price is different for each region, but consider it to be between L$8,3 and L$8,5 per prim. * Prim price has been set for Liberty Central N with 2.0 "100% prims bonus" at 8,4 linden per prim. so just chose the number of prims you need and multiply that by 8,4. so example. 512 sq meter would be 234 prims "instead of 117". so 234 x 8,4 = 1965 linden. Remember a 512 sq meter with 2.0 prim bonus is primwise the same as a 1024 sq meter parcel elsewhere. Example: 512 sq meter with 234 prims (normally 117): 234 x 8,4 = 1965 linden tier monthly "4 weeks" 1024 sq meter with 468 prims (normally 234): 468 x 8,4 = 3930 linden tier monthly "4 weeks. 1408 sq meter with 644 prims (normally 322): 644 x 8,4 = 5409 linden tier monthly "4 weeks" 1792 sq meter with 818 prims (normally 409): 818x 8,4 = 6871 linden tier monthly "4 weeks" Don't forget because it's a double prim bonus. tiers are double too. So when u normally own 4096 sq meter with 937 prims. that 4096 sq meter parcel is a 2048 sq meter parcel here because you get those 937 prims but then on a 2048 sq meter parcel. Normally you end up having prim shortage. this stops when u buy double prim land, u can use your land 100% effectifly and won't have to worry for a prim shortage. * Tiers are paid within 24 hours after Land Purchase. You will be approached by one of our employees. Land can be resold. Can't be joined unless you request it "search Liberty City Council Group" in search and message any of the 6 persons in that council. This is a democratic city, Residents of Liberty City can vote to change their region "Example": You live in Liberty Central but you don't like the pavement, trees, benches etc. Gather votes in your region and hand those over to the city council, The city council will come and look and if enough votes are gathered "51% or more" the changes will be made. For some problems you don't have to gather votes "Example": A bench infront of your store with people horrassing your customers. Contact the city council and request to remove the bench infront of your store. Every 6 months a Mayor will be elected by the residents of Liberty City. "You don't have to vote". The mayor will be the representitive for the residents of Liberty City at the City Council Meetings. We provide a Police Corp "LCPD" and Fire Department "LCFD". The police corp will report any horrassment seen or people neglecting the city covenant. The roads in Liberty City are accesable and the sidewalks are protected so cars can't hit pedestrians on purpose. Each region, district or subburb will have it's own covenant and prim bonuss.
