 Do you have a group I can join for NFL news?

Yes! You can join our NFL Island group through searching groups for “NFL Island Residents” or by visiting our NFL Land Store and clicking the appropriate box near our help desk to join the group.

How do I join or subdivide land?

This is disabled on our islands, but one of our friendly land managers can help you! You have two options to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to our in world NFL Land Store by clicking here. Then simply walk up to our help desk and click on the IM pod for Land Join/Divide Request. Provide as much information as possible about the Region name and parcel number(s) you want joined or divided, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  2. Go to our contact page and send us an email using the form provided, with the subject: Land Join/Divide Request. Provide as much information as possible about the Region name and parcel number(s) you want joined or divided, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 How can I complain about another resident?

In case of an emergency, please go to our in world NFL Land Store and use the IM pod for Support. If it's not an emergency, please go to our contact page and send us an email using the form provided, with the subject: Complaint. In both cases please provide as much information as possible about your complaint, stating the region and parcel numbers of the land affected.

 The tier box hasn't accepted my payment, what do I do?

If you have a tier payment problem or can't find your tier payment box, we advise you to send us an email using the form on our contact page with the subject: Tier Payment Problem. Please provide us with as much information as you can and we'll contact you and sort out the issue as soon as possible.

 Where can I find details of other land for sale on NFL Islands?

For up to date information about available land parcels, please visit the NFL Land Store and locate the residential or commercial sections. For reservations, you can use the IM pod located in front of the colored boxes. The red, green, yellow or blue boxes will provide notecards listing all the NFL land available for purchase. For more information about land, simply send us an email using the contact page with the subject: Land Sales.

 If I have a suggestion or an idea, can I send it to you?

Yes! If you have a great idea that we use in world, we'll also reward you for it! We welcome any suggestions or ideas that you may have that will improve the second life experience. Simply send them to us by using our contact form with the subject: Ideas and Suggestions.

 I want to set up a charity project, can NFL help me?

Yes! If you would like to set up a charity project, then we can help. We offer a variety of free services for temporary or long running charity projects. We can offer free land and free tiers for up to a length of a few months. All charity projects are checked and verified by NFL Managers. For our decision for your charity project, please contact us using our contact page with the subject: Charity Projects.
